ootd--recent Harlem pants buys

Happy Tuesday, everyone. Got the elevator to myself today and snapped a picture in the mirror doors. Went for a corporate-ninja-goth look (too bad I wasn't wearing the circle scarf in this picture!). I've been wanting harem pants for forever (especially after all those ninja goth looks I've been seeing on tumblr).

taking a package down to the mail room...
And check out these folksy Harlem pants I bought over the weekend. The pocket is the coolest. These pants reminds me of gravers and stoner wear.

anyone else into harem pants?

  1. Personally, I am not into harem pants. They don't suit me at all but you look fantastic! I love the shoes you are wearing in the first photo

    1. It's pretty cool. I think it's like a nugoth style subset

  3. It looks SO cool on you! I would not wear it myself, as it is not my style, but they look good indeed. :)

  5. I like the second look, very retro Bohemian! I can imagine you living in the past in the French Quarter and shocking the men by wearing trousers.

They are definitely not for me. Very few people can pull them off, but my mother in law can and apparently you can too!

I used to wear harem pants a lot, kind of stopped because I didn´t have the proper shirts to match. love to wear them in summer though, they´re good for beaches too.

  8. LOL, I don't think platforms like those quite qualify as "corporate" or "ninja" :D (tries to imagine climbing a tree or scaling a stone wall with them...)
