I'm not a fan of coffin bags or coffin wallets but these look nice and I'm sure mall goths have depleted the whole stock by now. I gotta say, I'm surprised to see the belted pentagram miniskirt ... This looks so dated to me, very 00s. Wear this with your New Rock boots and you're all set. Especially with the kilt design... I'd totally wear that to a KoRn concert. But the 00s are coming back, so......... The velvet skirt is a classic and great everyday piece.
Hood dresses are cool, even with the distressed thing going on. Ok, so, I loved the next 3 pentagram hardware dresses and knew I was going to get one. The Bardot dress is so cool I was almost going to waive my 'if I can't wear a bra with it, I can't buy it' rule. The bodycon dress is also amazing...but it's a bit too sexy for everyday--even for me--and I've got more than enough "special occasion" stuff to last a lifetime. So I got the Ziva She's Evil Velvet dress. It's a good length and has awesome angel sleeves and I can pull this off at the office.
Ok so I love all the pentagram necklines like in the Hexx bodysuit. And I love how the mesh shows off her tattoos. I'd go for the striped tights over the striped stockings. Striped Alice in Wonderland socks scream mall goth to me, though the sheer is a nice touch. Ripped leggings-- girl, put that back on the rack. You can DIY this.
Another Chaos dress, minus the hood? Pass--hoods ftw. OMG the Mystic Hannah dress is so awesome. It reminds me of art deco Erte stuff. Gorgeous! The Nocturne Angel Sleeve dress bills itself as an everyday wardrobe staple, and I could see that. You can dress this up or down, and it doesn't have the wizard sleeves and hood like some of the more extreme Killstar styles (which I love...go big or go home). H&M will knock this off in 3...2... The Spellbound tunic dress is a shapeless black thing, which will look good with many a patterned legging.
Hope you enjoyed shopping with me. Any thoughts on the Killstar new items?
